All digital reports, strategy documents, or AI-generated insights purchased or delivered via NexaAIConsulting.com are non-refundable once accessed or delivered. This includes:

🔹 2. Consulting Sessions (1-on-1 or Custom Projects)
Refunds for paid consulting sessions are handled as follows:

Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 100% refund.

Cancellations within 24–48 hours may be eligible for a 50% refund, subject to review.

No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the session or for no-shows.

If you are subscribed to any of our paid plans:

Refunds are not issued for the current billing cycle once a subscription has begun.

You will retain access until the end of the period you have paid for.
