Refund Policy

At NexaAI Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality, insight-driven services tailored to your business needs. Due to the digital and personalized nature of our offerings, we maintain the following refund policy:

🔹 1. Digital Products and Research Reports

All digital reports, strategy documents, or AI-generated insights purchased or delivered via NexaAIConsulting.com are non-refundable once accessed or delivered. This includes:

• Customized research deliverables

• AI-generated analysis

• Downloadable strategy materials

 

🔹 2. Consulting Sessions (1-on-1 or Custom Projects)

Refunds for paid consulting sessions are handled as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 100% refund.

• Cancellations within 24–48 hours may be eligible for a 50% refund, subject to review.

• No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the session or for no-shows.

 

🔹 3. Subscription Services (if applicable)

If you are subscribed to any of our paid plans:

• You may request cancellation at any time.

• Refunds are not issued for the current billing cycle once a subscription has begun.

• You will retain access until the end of the period you have paid for.

 

🔹 4. Errors or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you've been incorrectly charged or billed more than once, please contact us at support@nexaaiconsulting.com within 7 days of the transaction. We’ll investigate and, if applicable, issue a full refund for the duplicate or incorrect charge.

 

🔹 5. Custom Exceptions

We understand unique situations may arise. If you feel your case deserves special consideration, please write to us at support@nexaaiconsulting.com with details, and our team will review your request within 5 business days.
